Every supply chain redrawn: goods grow where they really grow, chains open from the raw end, and a seventh level, the Capital, awaits the ambitious.

Changes, as filed:

  • Every supply chain has been redrawn. Goods now grow where they really grow: barley and flax on the coast, wheat and rapeseed on the plains, sulphur and copper in the badlands.
  • Chains open from the raw end. The farm comes first, the mill settles beside the wheat, the bakery follows. Nothing waits on a supplier that does not exist.
  • New goods and their works, among them pearl barley, linen, glass, leather, cement, newspapers and lamp oil, pressed in a Flemish oil windmill. The Railway Gazette now prints itself.
  • Towns only eat what they were asked for to grow. A seventh level, the Capital, awaits the ambitious.
  • Old saves get a year of grace while the new ladder settles in.
  • Town panels show each need as a bar: months of supply, and how far the next level is.
  • A new look: a meadow of real grass, calmer colours, and a coast that curves instead of zigzagging.
  • The setup screen is one page: Continue, a new railway, co-op and difficulty together. Fourteen difficulty dials, if Easy is too easy.
  • Co-op: shared worlds any member can continue, a table panel in game, buys and sells visible to guests.
  • A new opening at Zeebrugge, Flemish town names, and a tutorial that explains itself more plainly.
  • Reverse now truly turns a train, the line on the map shows the route it really drives, and a right click puts the tool down.
  • The wagon shop keeps its scroll, rocks no longer grow in the rails, and the second goal asks for planks.
  • Crashes now report themselves, with the last few things you did.

The bank trusts these prove satisfactory.
